Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request the following information from your Trading Standards agents responsible for animal welfare inspections on game farms:

• the total number of animal welfare inspections of gamebirds made by trading standards agents in the council area between 2019-2025. This does not have to be separated by year and can be one total figure.

·                     the total number of identified breaches of the law or guidance for gamebird rearing and animal welfare (Section 9 of the Animal Welfare Act 2006 or the codes of practice for the welfare of gamebirds reared for sporting purposes in England, Scotland and Wales between 2019-2025. This does not have to be separated by year and can be one total figure.

·                     The total number of sanctions or penalties for any animal welfare breaches given to game farms between 2019-2025.
