against Penalty Charge Notices issued under the Civil Enforcement of Parking
Contraventions (England) Representations and Appeals Regulations 2007 (or
the equivalent Welsh regulations).
2. The postal address(es) at which your authority accepts the same.
3. If a different team handles informal challenges (i.e. before a Notice to
Owner has been served), please disclose the contact details for that team
as well.
