      Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information relating to parking enforcement within your local authority area.

       

      Where possible, please provide data for the most recent full financial year available. If this is not available, please provide the most recent 12-month period.

      Parking Fines Issued

      The total number of parking fines (Penalty Charge Notices – PCNs) issued by Road/street name.
      A breakdown of PCNs by type, if available (e.g. on-street, off-street, bus lane, moving traffic offences) Road/street name.
       
      Revenue Generated
      The total revenue generated from parking fines.
      The total amount of revenue collected (i.e. paid fines, if different)
       
       
      Appeals & Challenges
       
      The total number of parking fines that were formally challenged or appealed.
      The number of appeals that were successful (i.e. fines cancelled).
      The number of appeals that were rejected.
