Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we hereby submit a request for information held by Council.
We kindly request confirmation as to whether the Council has at any time engaged in correspondence with, or holds any records relating to, any of the following ITEMISED DATA REQUESTS:

9. held any agreements, permits, contracts, complaints, enforcement records, or internal communications relating to Oxfam operated by this organisation?

- Is limited to permitting the occupier to place the textile recycling bank in an agreed area.
- No charge is made however they must be placed on Hastings Borough Council land or private land in agreement with the landowner and ourselves.
- Monthly reports of tonnage are provided to the council.
- Any correspondence is with the occupier of the site, or one of their related organisations.
