Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding.Hastings Borough Council is responsible for the off street (car parks) parking enforcement only. East Sussex County Council is responsible for all on-street parking matters: www.eastsussex.gov.ukAs of todays date, there are 98 disabled spaces in the Hastings Borough Council owned car parks.
