Please supply under EIR the following information for each year 2020 to 2025:

1. The total number of planning applications submitted for works on TPO protected trees.

2. The total number of planning applications submitted for works on TPO protected trees which attracted 5 or more public objections.

3. The number of TPO planning applications for felling submitted for works on TPO protected trees 4. The number of TPO planning applications for felling in a conservation area submitted for works on TPO protected trees

I have been able to use the IDOX planning portal to obtain the information requested for question 1. Thanks Could you please explain and provide examples of how I can obtain information requested for question 2 to 4.

I cannot find a way to obtain information for qn 2 - works on tpo protected trees that attracted 5 or more objections.

I cannot find an accrate way of obtaining information for qn 3 - number of applications for felling submitted for works on TPO protected trees

I cannot find a way to obtain information for qn4  number of applications for felling submitted for works on TPO protected trees in a conservation area.

The planning department presented such statistics to the working arrangements group in December 2025 and must therefore either hold these statistics or have a method to obtain these results from an IDOX search.

Please provide these statistics or provide worked examples of how the search can be used to obtain such statistics.
