Hastings Borough Council is using 'Dyer + Hobbis' as their sole agents for marketing of council owned commercial property. This is advertised on the Hastings website.

1. Please provide the total amount paid to 'Dyer + Hobbis' in each of the last three financial years, including any fees, commissions, retainers, or related payments for property marketing or letting services.

2. When and where did the Council advertise or invite tenders for the provision of commercial property marketing or letting services?

3. Please provide details of the current agreement/contract with 'Dyer + Hobbis', including:

a. Contract start and expiry dates.

b. Whether the contract was directly awarded or competitively tendered.

c. Any applicable framework or procurement reference number.

If any part of this request is refused, please specify which exemption applies and provide the Council’s internal review procedure.

2. Hastings Borough Council does not have a contract or the provision of commercial property marketing or letting services. They are contracted with on a per property basis.
