Shearbarn and Stalkhurst caravan site licences

Following the RH environment audit reports from January 2015 and the site audit recommendations that new licences be issued for all caravan sites I would like to ensure that I have the latest versions of the site licences ,site conditions, and site plans.

Back in 2023 the site licences for Shearbarn and Stalkhurst remained unrevised.

In March 2020 (request FOIR-184103147) you refused a request for the latest versions of the licences and conditions for Stalkhurst, Combe Haven, and Shearbarn on the grounds that 'The licences for Stalkhurst, Combe Haven, and Shearbarn Caravan Park have all been amended since last issued and are subject to on-going consultation with the operators and are being refused.'

In December 2021 I requested the latest versions of these site licences. I was informed that new versions were yet to be produced.

A request in 2023 confirmed that Combe Haven had finally been updated.

Please supply under EIR the latest versions of the Stalkhurst and Shearbarn Caravan Parks caravan park licences, conditions, and site plans.

If the licences still remain not updated after 10 years please let me know when it is expected they will be completed.

Response

Due to staff shortages and long term staff illness this piece of work has not yet been completed. It is hoped that when staffing resumes to normal levels once again the updated licences will be issued towards the end of the summer period.
