This is an information request relating to the purchasing of heat pumps to be installed in council owned social housing.

Please include the following information for the years, 2021/22, 2022/23, and 2023/24:

1. Whether any heat pumps have been purchased and/or installed by the council in any council owned social housing.

2. The cost of each heat pump purchased and/or installed in any council owned social housing.

3. Whether any estimate has been made of long-term savings as a result of installing heat pumps, and what these savings are estimated to be in any council owned social housing.

Hastings Borough Council does not have any housing stock. It was sold in 1996 as part of a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT) to the then 1066 Housing Association (now Southern Housing).
