1. How much is the full, undiscounted penalty for a bus gate breach in your authority (that is, driving an unpermitted vehicle through a bus gate)?

2. How many bus gates and bus lanes do you operate in your authority?

Please break these down into separate counts of bus lanes and bus gates.

If, for cost reasons, it would prove too expensive to provide counts for both, please only provide counts for bus gates.

3. For the year 2024, please provide the number of bus gate breaches recorded in your authority.

For clarity, I am requesting only bus gate breaches rather than bus lane breaches.

If this is not possible, please provide the total number of bus lane and gate breaches recorded in the year 2024.
