Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request the following information:

Details of all current Motor Vehicles registered for public hire (Hackney Carriage or Private Hire) registered with Hastings Borough Council.

Specifically, I would like to know:

1. Vehicle registration

2. Manufacturer (Make)

3. Model

4. Date at which they were first licensed

5. Date at which the licence ceased

6. Name of Driver

If any of these elements are not available, please supply the ones that are.

NOTICE OF REFUSAL

The information you have requested in regards to names of drivers is being refused under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act - personal data.

This is an absolute exemption and therefore a public interest test does not apply.
