I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

ESPH NB HBC 30-36 Theaklen Drive - Roof Works (ESPH645 TT)

The details we require are:

1. Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful and not successful at the PQQ and ITT stages.

2. A copy of the PQQ submissions from companies that applied. I understand all companies ticked a consent box agreeing to share their submission if requested.

3. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?
