Lease on Property in Castleham Road TN38 9NJ occupied by the General Dynamics Company

Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I request the following information:

1. Whether a lease exists between Hastings Borough Council and General Dynamics on the site currently occupied by the latter in Castleham Road, TN38 9NJ.

2. If such a lease does not exist but a lease on that property between HBC and some other party (who may sublet to General Dynamics), what are the details of that party (name and contact details)?

3. If a lease as described in 1 and 2 above no longer exists but did formerly, what was the date of its expiry, or, if not expired, to whom was it passed on?

4. If a lease as described in 1 and 2 above does still exist, what are its major terms, conditions, dates, and so on?

5. If this lease exists, I request a hard copy of it.

I am happy to receive this information initially by email on or before 31st January 2025, though I should like it followed by the information in hard copy within a week of that date.
