Credit balances (Business Rates Accounts)

Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000.

A list of all properties that have any credit balance on their business rates account, including:

a. The account number

b. The account holder

c. The property address including postcode

d. The billing authority reference number

e. The current balance

f. The account start date

g. The account end date

Please note that we do not provide the account reference, but that we have included the property reference which matches the Valuation Office Agency list.
