For each of the calendar years 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021 and 2020:

1. How many fixed penalty notices has your council issued to drivers for parking in designated disabled parking spaces without displaying a valid disabled person's badge?

2. How many of the fines were issued to drivers in off-street car parking spaces?

3. How many of the fines were issued to drivers in on-street parking spaces?

4. For each of the years stated above, how much was generated through these fines?
