Can I get the previous historic rateable values for the following property?

College of the Holy Child Jesus, Magdalen Road, St Leonards-on-sea, East Sussex, TN37 6EG (Local council reference: 5540000592000).

The UK government website only discloses two rateable values: 60,500 pounds (1st April 2023 to present) and 52,500 pounds (1st April 2017 to 31st March 2023).
