In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I write to request a list of business rates accounts in your authority with either an outstanding credit balance or a write-on. For each account, please include the following information:

• The name of the ratepayer
• The amount of the credit or write-on
• The period to which the credit or write-on relates
• The hereditament address and property reference
