Response

Please see below all the active enforcement cases for the Pier:

ENF/24/00100 - Adverts on Pier railings.

ENF/23/00247 - Installation of lights without Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent.

ENF/23/00157 - 4 containers used as a temporary storage.

ENF/21/00236 - Multiple breaches of planning control re the kiosks including location, paint and expiry of temporary permission, use of main building and flood lights.

ENF/23/00247 - will be closed following on from the recently approved planning permission and listed building consent.
