I am submitting a Freedom of Information request about applications to open padel tennis clubs and create padel tennis courts in your authority area. Specifically please provide responses to the below questions:

1. How many applications have you received to open new padel tennis clubs? (Please provide figures for each of the following years - 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 year to date.)

2. How many applications have you approved to open new padel tennis clubs? (Please provide figures for each of the following years - 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 year to date.)

3. How many applications have you received to convert existing tennis courts to padel tennis courts? (Please provide figures for each of the following years - 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 year to date.)

4. How many applications have you approved to convert existing tennis courts to padel tennis courts? (Please provide figures for each of the following years - 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 year to date.)

5. Has your authority converted existing tennis courts it owns to padel tennis courts? (Please provide figures for each of the following years - 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 year to date.)
