Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:

1. The number of library closures in your local authority in the last 12 months.

2. The number of community centre closures in your local authority in the last 12 months.

3. The number of football club closures in your local authority in the last 12 months.

4. In addition, could you please provide the number of Assets of Community Value (ACVs) that were (a) nominated in the local authority area, and (b) acquired in the local authority area, both in the last 12 months.
