Please provide me with any background information following the conversation HBC had with UK Power Networks which led to the work being re-routed at a very late stage into Old Roar Road.

I understand verbally from the subcontractors that the suggestion of a route into Old Roar Road was made between UK Power Networks and HBC. It is evidence under FOI that I require in order to address this further with UK Power Networks.
