I would like to request the following as a Freedom of Information request:

1. Does your local authority offer a pest control service?

2. If the answer to (1) is yes, how many call-outs did it deal with in each of the last 3 calendar years for ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, rats, and mice.

1. Yes

2. Due to a recent data retention policy system update, we only hold the information for 2023:

Ants - we do not offer this service.

Bed bugs - 38

Cockroaches - 3

Rats - 288

Mice - 11
