Social housing waiting lists

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please can you provide me with information on social housing waiting lists within your Local Authority.

1. What is the waiting list for social housing in your Local Authority for each financial year since 2015/16?

2. What is the longest time (in days) that someone has been on your social housing waiting list as it stands?

3. What is your net loss or gain of the number of social homes in your Local Authority for each financial year since 2015/16?

2. As at 06/06/2024 - 6788 days

3. The Council's housing stock was transferred to 1066 Housing Association (now Southern Housing) in 1996 as part of a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT). The council does have some properties but these are all used as Temporary Accommodation. Most of the social housing in the borough is owned and managed by Registered Providers, the two biggest are Southern Housing and Orbit.
