1. A list of hereditaments where there is a credit of over £2,000 on the account.

2. A list of hereditaments where there has been a write on over £2,000.

Please include:

• Property Reference Number (also known as Billing Authority Reference Number) of the property on which the charge is made. This is not the Rate Demand or Account Number.

• Current Rateable Value.

• Account Holder Name.

• Property Address.

• Billing Address (where different to the property address).
