The Planning team has, or used to have, a public reporting service known as Grotbusters. I need to see details of all reports to this service since its inception, or as far back as records go.

Please include:

1. Name and address of the site/premises reported.

2. Date of report.

3. Any council action taken. If none taken then please provide reason for inaction.

NOTICE OF REFUSAL

The information requested in respect of records for our Grotbuster scheme would far exceed the time limit set out by the Information Commissioner. S12 of the Freedom of information Act 2000 provides an exemption from the obligation to comply with a request for information if the estimated costs of complying with that request would exceed the prescribed appropriate limit.

The Grotbuster scheme started approximately 15 to 20 years ago. To gather the information requested would require us to manually check each case over this period of time. We estimate that the costs of complying with your request would exceed the appropriate limit by a significant amount.

For this reason we feel unable to comply with this part of your request.
