I have been taking a look at maps that Hastings Borough Council have published, showing both their leasehold land and freehold land assets in St Leonards.

The map of the freehold land is crude and unclear and therefore I would like you to provide a definitive, ordnance survey map showing which land Hastings owns or leases between the following co-ordinates:

E 00 32 34 and E 00 32 45

N 50 50 51 and N 50 51 08

Regarding leasehold land, I would like to know who the freeholder(s) of it are between those coordinates.

I would like, in addition to the freehold map, a copy of all leasehold land held by HBC in St Leonards, in order to confirm the maps that I have currently acquired are the same as those you hold.

I wish to clarify, for local residents, if the information HBC has given them is accurate and in accordance with other official sources of information.

I would like to know who the freeholders are of any lands HBC leases, including that of individuals, estates, private companies, developers, limited companies, Housing Associations, Charities and Trusts and any other organisation type.
