I would like to make a FOI request or EIR request depending on whichever you feel is appropriate.

I would like to request any correspondence via email, or other means, between Hastings Council and the Environment Agency over the last 3 years (2023/2022/2021) which include any of the phrases:

1. 'Pollution risk forecast(s)'

2. 'Disregarding tests'

3. 'Short term pollution'

If the search is too broad for all members of the council, could I submit a secondary search for just cabinet members for the above search?
