1. The Council currently owns 34 units of social housing.

a. Social Rent - 16, Affordable Rent - 18

b. Non-secure Tenancy Agreement - 34

c. Management is in-house.

2. The Council manages 33 units that are privately owned, some of which it leases.

a. Licence Agreement - 5, Non-secure Tenancy Agreement - 23, AST - 5

b. Management is in-house.
