Credit balances (Business Rates Accounts)

Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000.

A list of all properties that have any credit balance on their business rates account, including:

1. The account number.

2. The account holder.3. The property address including postcode.

4. The billing authority reference number.

5. The current balance.

6. The account start date.

7. The account end date.

Response

Please find attached, our response to your Freedom of Information request.

Please note that the Property Reference Number relates to the property, not the account number for the customer. This reference is available on the internet, for example the gov.uk website regarding a property's rateable value.

We do not provide the account number (item 1) for security reasons.

The figure in the 'outstanding debt' column is the credit amount.

We do not have a report with an option to pick up credits, so we have to select those with a debt less than zero to pick up all accounts in credit.
