Please can you advise why a permanent licence was not granted to Paydens Pharmacy to enable continuation of operation from the Carisbrooke Surgery site? In other words, please can you provide context to explain the decision not to allow Paydens to continue to operate from Carisbrooke Surgery? Thank you.
