Please also include the number prohibitions or sanctions issued that with reasons.
Please include evidence spanning a 10-year timescale.
Response
Semi-permanent skin colouring is included in a normal Tattoo licence as they both follow the same procedures, so a tattoo premises is covered for semi-permanent and would be logged on the system as a tattooist rather than semi-permanent.
We do still occasionally register semi-permanent persons if requested (included in the figures below). However, if they apply as a tattooist they are covered for both semi-permanent and permanent so most do that.
Epilation - Information not held. This is not licensed by Hastings Borough Council.
Electrolysis Premises - 1
Electrolysis Person - 2
Semi-permanent Premises - 13
Semi-permanent Persons - 18
Hastings Borough Council only cover for certain licenses, others are covered by medical/clinical/beauty regulations separate to us.
