Have you measured air quality in the last twelve months across the authority (September 2022 - September 2023)?

If so, were there any samples in that period where measurements fell outside of air quality regulations (The Air Quality (England) Regulations 2000 and The Air Quality Standards Regulations 2010)?

If so, can you provide the date(s) and location(s) of the measurements that failed to meet regulations?

Hastings Borough Council has measured air quality in the last 12 months. However, none fell outside the air quality regulations and, so, no information is held.
