1. How many properties owned by your local authority have been sold under Right to Buy since 1980?

2. Of those properties, how many are registered with an away address, indicating they are being sub-let?

3. Of those properties registered with an away address, please break down how many were sold by your local authority for each year since 1980.

4. What is the value of right to buy receipts retained for each year since 2012, and how much has been returned to His Majesty's Treasury for each year since 2012.

5. Please provide a breakdown of the tenure of replacement homes delivered using right to buy for each year since 2012.

I would like this information to be provided in an Excel spreadsheet, or other digital document format, if possible.

Response

The Council's housing stock was transferred to 1066 Housing Association (now Southern Housing) in 1996 as part of a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT).

1. From 1996 (the date of Large Scale Voluntary Transfer of our social housing) to today we have sold one. We have no information prior to 1996.

2. None.

3. Not applicable.

4. The value of the receipt from the one sale in 2017 was £172,100.
