Council Tax spend

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I request to see proof of where our council tax is spent. I would like to ensure it is not spent on election campaigns, councillor's rents, mortgages, private healthcare/hospital appointments, food, staff parties, private investments and other sundries but goes to the provision of local services.

Looking at the state of our roads, bins, parks, toilets and cleanliness and all the homeless around my town it certainly does not look like our money is being spent well.

Please provide a postal address I can send a hard copy letter to or is email the only written form of communication?

Attach a picture of our roads just left so that dogs mess and it can't be picked up!
