3. Total number of civil penalty notices issued by the local authority to PRS (private rental sector) landlords or property managers each year in the last 5 reporting years.

4. Total number of prosecutions made by the local authority to PRS (private rental sector) landlords or property managers each year in the last 5 reporting years.
