Please can I find out the following information in relation to parking, broken down by month, from May 2022 to April 2023.

1. How many on-street/car park parking tickets (excluding permits) were purchased during this time?

2. How many parking tickets were brought using an on-street machine?

3. What is the 'convenience fee' charged to drivers for using their phone/app to park?

Response

1. Hastings Borough Council does not hold the number of pay and display parking tickets purchased from the machines in our car parks. We only hold information relating to income from pay and display tickets.

3. Hastings Borough Council does not charge customers a convenience fee for using RingGo to pay for parking in the Hastings Borough Council car parks.
