1. How many liability orders has the council sought over council tax arrears between 1st April 2021 and 31st March 2023?

2. How many of these liability orders has resulted in bailiffs being sent to collect the debt?

Response

1. Liability Orders sought - 7,875.

2. Accounts passed to Bailiffs - 4,844. However, out of these, a number may have been returned as un-collectable/gone away or cancelled by us and we do not have that information.
