It is evident from the council's own website that coded alleged data is being streamed to it from remote sensors using cloud based services not located at the council office known as 'smart' excavator technology, which it has been processing on its web services and computer system, and is therefore clearly within the remit of this act and subject to the Freedom of Information Act.

1. Can the council please locate this contamination sensor's product ID and provide both manufacturer and the sensors retail name/id?

2. Provide all data from its processing of this data from these sensors which is alleged being used on this site in Frederick Road.

3. Can the council please inform me how many of these alleged live stream sensors at once are being deployed at this site development in Frederick Road?

4. Clearly, the council has clearly acted in bad faith to-date in regard to transparency and withholding information FOIR-495432394, FOIR-495539611, and FOIR-495467846. Can you please explain why this information in three separate requests' parts has been identified as not held when it is clear from published council minutes the the council has council officers in position of this company which it it evidently trying to conceal?
