Contamination Strategy (Request 3)

As Part 3 of my request please note: GEMSELECT (FREDERICK ROAD) LIMITED ACTIVE Company number: 09947573 Registered address: Unit 2.02 High Weald House, Glovers End, Bexhill , TN39 5ES cite https://www.thegazette.co.uk/company/09947573 originally located in a bedroom at 93 Bohemia Road. It seems this same company is now registered in Bexhill, where around 674 other companies are registered. This reminds me of situations of concealing company directors who seem to be from a different origin than the UK potentially known as 'shell companies'. Furthermore, you will be aware that developments in regard to the Industrial Park or Frederick Road left the new build property owners without any building guarantee for their property. Clearly the Council and local Authority being pre-warned about these consequences will not let the same situation occur again.

1. Can you please provide details of legally binding guarantees with a legitimate company, not one in the bedroom of a house for the properties being built on this land in regard land ESX412517 which has no HMLR title entry under 7 Frederick Road.

2. Can you please inform me who is preparing these legal guarantees insurance policy documents which will extend to contamination guarantee that the property is insured against public death or public ill health derived from any contamination effects as part of the insurance guarantee policy.

3. Please provide guarantee insurance policy for and against improper drainage waste sewage removal from these property.

4. I understand it is the developer contractors obligation to provide contamination reports. Why have these not been provided later than 2017? Please provide their contamination Report for 2023 paying particular attention to the area with red surround on contamination map data 2005.

5. Please provide Grid Reference (OSGB) Location by way of northings and eastings or latitude and longitude or derived from document measuring description from:

for all contamination Samples being done in 2005-06 and 2017 and in any later document you hold.
