I would be interested in any information held by the Local Authority regarding my request. I understand that I do not have to specify particular files or documents, and it is the department's responsibility to provide the information I require. If you need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me via email.

I would like you to provide me with the following information which relates solely to Children's Residential Care (NOT ADULT CARE SERVICES):

1. The current number of Children's Residential Care Companies providing services to or on behalf of the Local Authority.

2. The name of each Children's Residential Care Company that has within the last 12 months or is currently providing support services to or on behalf of the Local Authority.
