Rat Poison in Alexandra Park

My dog suffered rodenticide poisoning. The only place that he could have picked up rat poison would be Alexandra Park. Either it has been put down by the council or there is someone putting down rat poison disguised as treats. Luckily my dog is okay now, but he was really unwell. It has cost me a fortune in vet bills. My dog is only 3 1/2 months old.
