2. The bid title and a brief description of what the bid was for, if available.

3. The amount of money being requested from the fund.

4. The name of any external contractors used in the bid.

5. The amount paid to each of the external contractors used in the bid.

6. The total estimated cost to the local authority of putting the bid together.
