High Fat, Salt and Sugar Regulations

I am contacting you to request all information available regarding enforcement of the High Fat, Salt and Sugar (HFSS) regulations which passed into law in April 2022.

Specifically I need to know:

1. The number of businesses which breached HFSS since its introduction.

2. How many HFSS compliance visits the council has made since its introduction.

3. The penalty for the breach. If the punishment was a fine, please outline the value of the fine.

4. The name that the offending businesses traded under, and its address.

5. A breakdown of the business type (for example, supermarket, convenience store, retailer, restaurant).

6. Copies of the enforcement letters sent to businesses breaching HFSS legislation.

I would appreciate it if these figures could be broken down month on month. Any other information on this topic which you are able to provide would be received gratefully.
