Smart energy meters installed in public buildings

Under the Freedom of Information Act, could you provide the data for the below points, as of the 20th December 2022 (or the closest available date available in data):
1. How many public buildings in your council had working smart energy meters installed on the premises?
- Please provide the data split by property type.
- If available, please provide the date/year the smart energy meters were installed.
- If available, please provide any available data on when smart energy meters are planned to be installed on the premises which do not already have them.
All of our meters that we have had installed are Automatic Meter Readers (AMR) and not smart meters. These were installed between 2018-2020.
The split is as follows:
Offices - 4
Commercial Buildings - 4
Toilets - 8
Other - 15 (car parks, floodlights, open spaces, sports pavilions)
In respect of planned installations, we are currently engaging with our supplier to re-start AMR rollout following COVID-19.
