Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding.

1. No, the current Plan was adopted in 2014 (Hastings Planning Strategy) and 2015 (Development Management Plan). A new Plan is in production and has reached Regulation 18 stage.

2. The adopted Plan outlines the potential for renewable energy generation including wind across a broad area rather than being site specific. See HPS Policies FA1 and SC6(b) and para 5.20.

3. A replacement Plan is still in development, work on the identification of renewable energy sites is ongoing, See draft Strategic Policy 9.
