We are not able to provide annual rates charged in pounds and have provided exemptions and reliefs instead (request shows and/or option).

Please note the Property Reference number relates to the property, not the account number for the customer. This reference is available on the internet, for example the gov.uk website re a property's rateable value/council tax banding.
