This is a request for information, related to Business Rates, filed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide the following information in respect of properties which are not in receipt of the Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Relief for the 2022/23 financial year.

1. The property addresses.

2. The property reference number.

3. The property description.

4. The property rateable value.

5. The ratepayer name(s), excluding those exempt under Section 40 of the Act.

Response

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding. The department that held the requested information has been dealing with all COVID-19 government grants in addition to the £150 council tax rebate which has taken priority over day to day duties.

Please note that the Property Reference number relates to the property, not the account number for the customer. This reference is available on the internet, for example the gov.uk website regarding a property's rateable value.
