Credit balances (Business Rates Accounts)

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please can you provide me with a list of all properties that have any credit balance on their business rates account?

Please include:

1. the account number,

2. the account holder,

3. the property address including postcode,

4. the billing authority reference number,

5. the current balance,

6. the account start date, and

7. the account end date.

Please note, the Property Reference number relates to the property, not the account number for the customer. This reference is available on the internet, for example the gov.uk website regarding a property's rateable value.

The figure in the column that says 'outstanding debt' is the credit amount.

We do not have a report with an option to pick up credits, so we have to put in debt with less than zero to pick up all accounts in credit.
