Please could I receive the following information:

1. On what date was parking allowed in Wellington Place during the times when parking is restricted (that is, outside of loading times?

2. By month, for the previous 24 months, how many parking fines were issued for parking in the pedestrianised areas in Wellington Place?

3. As per 2 above, what percentage of these parking fines were paid?
