Please see attached our response to your Freedom of Information request.  Please also accept my apologies for the delay in responding, the department that held the requested information have been dealing with COVID-19 grants which took priority over day to day duties.

The data was extracted 26 May 2022.

We are not able to provide actual annual rates charged but have included categories of reliefs and exemptions. Please note the Property Reference number relates to the property, not the account number for the customer. This reference is available on the internet, for example the gov.uk website re a property's rateable value.
